I strive to provide the highest quality sculptures and a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review my return policy below.

Return Conditions

You have 72 hours from the date you received your sculpture to contact me regarding a return.  

For All Returns, Including Damaged Items

Receive a refund to your original payment method, less 20% processing fee, calculated based on the total price of the sculpture.

Return Shipping

Pack the Sculpture securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials.  All certificates must be included in the packaging with the sculpture. Use a trackable shipping service.  Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and Refund

Upon Receiving your return, I will inspect the sculpture. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in USD

Important Notes

Original Condition

Sculptures must be in their original condition without any damage. 

Final Sale Items

Custom or Commissioned Pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or misrepresented
